Peninsula Gujarati Association (PGA) is a non profit, all volunteer organization that started off as a collection of parents who wanted to support Gujarati culture and provide service opportunities for Gujarati families in the SF Bay Area.

PGA’s goal is to provide  programming to families in a meaningful way and therefore we can only accept membership to as many families as the Board of PGA feels it can adequately provide a personal experience for.  We want to know you, and you us.

Membership to PGA is by family and can range from one person to multigenerational households.

For the purposes of membership, a PGA Family is defined as a head of the household with spouse, parents, unmarried children, and unmarried siblings with all living in the same home.

In addition to receiving information for our open events, PGA Families receive our member only newsletter and are invited to PGA Family only events, such as

  • Diwali
  • Bowling
  • Picnics

and they get access to discount or subsidized entertainment/sports events tickets.

The general public can enjoy our open events such as Navratri and Culture Show.   We also encourage everyone to volunteer with us.  To volunteer please email events@bayareapga.org

Membership only entitles access to certain programs.  Though admitted families are considered members, they do not have voting rights for board members, policies or programming.
